What skills and experience we're looking for

This position is suitable for experienced staff as well as newly qualified SENCOs it has a start date of September 2024 (Inset days 29 and 30 August 2024).

A successful candidate must have the desire and commitment to provide exceptional life chances for all children when they leave the school in Year 6. As well as this they must have a passion for teaching and learning and high expectations of children to enable them to achieve their best. They will work closely with the SLT with a strong focus on improving outcomes for our SEND students. They willhave the skills, drive, and commitment to help us achieve our ambitions for the school as we enter the next phase of our improvement journey.
