SENCo - initial fixed term role job summary
The SENCO will promote the progress and achievement of SEND students throughout the academy. The SENCO will also have the additional responsibility of managing The Bridge and Bridge staff (our internal inclusive space) leading on catch up for students whose learning presents as vulnerable. This role will be student-focused and will ensure high standards and expectations for both SEND students and staff.
