What skills and experience we're looking for

We are inviting applications from qualified teachers who hold the SENCO qualification.

You will need to be:

Under the direction of the Head Teacher, you will determine the strategic development of special educational needs (SEN) and co-ordination of specific provision to support individual pupils with SEN or disability. You will need to manage LSAs and support the SEN interventions across the school and nursery, working closely with the Deputy Head Teacher. The successful candidate will have experience with Essex SEND procedures and will be familiar with documentation for applying for EHCPs and annual reviews.

The successful candidate would be employed as a teacher under the STPCD and will hold specific duties in the role of SEnco.
