What skills and experience we're looking for

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our successful and over-subscribed school, following the retirement of the current post holder, we are seeking to appoint an inspirational SENCO with a proven track record in SEND needs, to play a key role in contributing to the continued success of our school. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting and improving the wellbeing, attendance, behaviour and progress of students with additional needs. To include transition from KS2 to KS3 for vulnerable groups. This will be a non-teaching role.
