SENCo job summary
The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Principal who has very high aspirations for the academy and this is a fantastic opportunity for an inspiring and dedicated leader to join us. The role will be primarily non-class based.
Core Purpose :-
Lead high quality SEND provision which enables high quality teaching and success for all students
Provide vision, leadership and day-to-day operational management of achievement support staff
Develop and maintain effective and supportive relationships with students and those engaged with them
Maintain and develop the ethos, values and expectations of the Academy and support agreed Academy policy in all areas.
Applications are invited from those who have experience as a SENCo and with the ability, passion and commitment to lead outstanding practice in collaboration with Trust colleagues, enabling all children to succeed.
