Salary Scale: 05KA SCP 6 - 11 (0.4) and 06KA SCP 11-19 (0.6)

Contract Details: 37 hours per week for 41 weeks of the year (term time plus 5 INSET days and 10 days). This is a permanent position

Kingstone Academy Trust is seeking an SEND Admin and Pastoral Lead who will undertake a range of duties, based at Kingstone and Thruxton Primary School. The role will include overseeing all administrative tasks relating to SEND for two days per week and acting as a Pastoral Lead for 3 days per week, therefore we are seeking a candidate with a high level of personal organisation, confidentiality and accuracy who has the ability to work independently, as well as to work as an effective team member.

The successful candidate will be friendly, approachable and caring. They will require a flexible approach and the ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines. Excellent IT skills are required, and a sense of humour is essential. The successful candidate will be liaising with parents, agencies and other stakeholders as necessary on a daily basis, and therefore it is essential that you are confident in communicating in a positive manner. Have a passion for supporting the mental health and well-being of children. We will offer training and development opportunities to support you in your role.
