What skills and experience we're looking for

The Marvell College seek to appoint a SEND Administration Officer to join a team of committed, caring and enthusiastic staff who share the college philosophy that all students should have the opportunity to achieve. The college is committed to appointing high quality staff and supports their development.

We are seeking to appoint an organised and self-motivated SEND Administration Officer, who is able to demonstrate strong administration skills, has experience working in a busy office environment, the ability to work independently and within a team environment. Experience of working within SEND administration would be desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.

What the school offers its staff

In order to be successful in this position you should be detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. The post holder will play a critical part in supporting the SENCO and SEND team.

The Marvell College has gone from strength to strength since receiving a “Good” Ofsted report in July 2019.
