We are seeking a dedicated SEND School Administrator to join our vibrant team and serve as a vital link between our staff, families, and external partners. In this role, your administrative expertise will directly contribute to a nurturing environment where every student, regardless of their individual needs, is empowered to thrive. Springwell Leeds Academy is part of the Wellspring Academy Trust and is a city-wide Special School, based on three sites across Leeds. This exciting opportunity is available for those looking for a fresh challenge in an inspiring learning environment where we provide high quality education for children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The post will suit candidates who have the commitment, passion and resilience to make a difference to our pupils by providing high quality admin support to our Special Needs Coordinator (SENCO) working as part of an admin team on site, and as part of a wider SEN admin team. Collaborative working and good initiative are key.

The successful candidate will carry out a variety of administrative and clerical support duties related to special educational needs and the school’s statutory obligations in this area in support of the SENCO at the South site. It will include working with school staff as well as parents/carers and other local agencies and will mean careful handling of sensitive and confidential information.
