We are looking for a proactive, organised, and friendly SEND Administrator to join our dedicated team. You will work closely with the SENCO, staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure the SEND provision runs smoothly and efficiently.
About the Role
As our SEND Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the SENCO with EHCP applications, annual reviews, and Access Arrangements.
- Maintaining accurate SEND records and registers.
- Liaising with parents, Local Authorities, and external agencies.
- Preparing paperwork, taking minutes, and managing follow-ups for SEND meetings.
- Supporting staff with SEND processes and reasonable adjustments.
- Contributing to the smooth running and development of the SEND department.
This role is crucial in ensuring our SEND pupils receive the personalised support they need to flourish.
About You
- Experience in SEND administration or supporting pupils with additional needs.
- Good knowledge of EHCPs, annual reviews, and SEND processes.
- Excellent organisation, time management, and administrative skills.
- Confident ICT user with experience of databases, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with staff, students, parents, and external agencies.
