What skills and experience we're looking for

Looking for an admin role in an education setting within a brand-new provision?

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join the Pastoral Support Team at The Victory Academy as our SEND and Interventions Administrator, as we expand our support for students.

Our brand-new building will provide a Specialist Resource Provision (SRP)intended for students requiring additional support for Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), together with new state-of-the-art facilities for our growing Sixth Form.

Working closely with the SENCO and SRP Lead our administrator will complete administrative tasks related to the needs of student, supporting accurate record keeping on trackers such as Provision Maps.

Our SEND and Interventions Administrator will;

  • Provide administrative support to the SEND and SRP teams.
  • Support in the completing of referrals and requests from external.
  • Collate information in relation to Children in Care.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be prepared to undertake relevant CPD.
