- Pastoral responsibility for a class group
- Leading a small team of support staff with a class
- Collaboration with multi-agency staff
- Providing personalised learning to suit our wide variety of learners

In return we would offer you:
- Benefits that come from being part of a large academy trust such as a wide range of professional development opportunities.
- Access to Trust wide employee benefit scheme
- Free onsite parking
- Supportive working environment within an academy focused on the wellbeing of staff
Are you committed, enthusiastic, with good communication and teamwork skills? Do you have experience of working with young people with special needs? Do you have the aspiration and desire to make a difference?
Then we would love to hear from you!
