We are looking for a passionate and dedicated SEND Class Teacher to join our team. You will create a nurturing and structured classroom where pupils with SEND and additional needs feel safe, supported and inspired to learn. With a focus on personalised, engaging lessons, you’ll promote independence, confidence and a love of learning in every child. You’ll use positive behaviour strategies, adapt teaching approaches to meet individual needs and work closely with support staff, families and external professionals to provide consistent, holistic support. You will have QTS with experience teaching pupils with SEND. A strong understanding of inclusive teaching and differentiated planning, confident using positive, therapeutic behaviour management approaches and able to assess progress and adapt teaching responsively. Excellent communication and teamwork skills along with patient, reflective and committed to every child’s success
