What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated SENDCo to join our friendly and supportive team for 0.2 FTE (1 day per week), with the possibility of some additional teaching hours, primarily in Key Stage 2.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a strong understanding of SEND provision and inclusive practice.
  • Hold (or be working towards) the National Award for SEND Coordination.
  • Be an excellent communicator, able to work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies.
  • Be organised, compassionate, and committed to ensuring all pupils achieve their full potential.
