SEND Coordinator job summary
We are looking for a SENDCo to join our middle leadership team at Eldon. The SENDCo will work alongside our Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion to deliver the very best outcomes for our children, both in the mainstream and in our Additional Resource Provision for children with autism (ARP).
We are a school moving very quickly from ‘Requires Improvement’ to ‘Good’, therefore we must appoint leaders who:
• want to be part of a team of leaders who are self-reflective and challenge themselves and each other, daily, to be the absolute best they can be
• seek to develop innovative teaching and learning strategies to improve outcomes for pupils with SEND
• work effectively within a large team (we are five form entry)
