We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic SEND & Inclusion Administrative Assistant who takes pride in their work and plays a vital role in supporting our SENCo and the wider school team. You will join a supportive, welcoming and values-driven community, where your work will make a real difference to pupils’ lives.
We are looking for someone who:
Provides a professional, calm and approachable point of contact for parents, staff and external professionals, handling sensitive information with discretion and care.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date SEND records and pupil information, demonstrating strong organisation, attention to detail and excellent ICT skills.
Coordinates meetings, prepares documentation and supports key processes such as annual reviews, ensuring deadlines are met and systems run efficiently.
Communicates effectively with families, the local authority and external agencies, building positive, professional relationships.
Supports the SENCo with a wide range of administrative tasks, showing initiative, flexibility and a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
Works collaboratively with colleagues to support pupils with additional needs, demonstrating empathy, teamwork and a commitment to inclusion.
