• Bring compassion and clarity to safeguarding, wellbeing and medical needs, ensuring pupils receive the right support at the right time?
• Champion inclusive practice by coaching colleagues, raising awareness of pupil needs and helping staff feel confident in supporting SEND learners?
• Want to make a visible difference across the school by ensuring every child — especially the most vulnerable — can participate, progress and belong?
