We are looking for:
We are looking for an experienced professional to play a central role in leading high quality provision for learners with special educational needs and disabilities, supporting the SENCo and Deputy SENCo in meeting statutory duties and driving effective intervention across the school. The successful candidate will oversee the Pastoral and Learning Assistant team, ensuring strong deployment, development and impact, while working collaboratively with pastoral colleagues to maintain high standards of behaviour and consistency of support. This role requires excellent communication, the ability to build positive relationships with families, partner schools and external agencies, and a commitment to ensuring that learners with complex needs are fully included, well supported and able to thrive both academically and emotionally.
