What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to work with the children in our SEMH ERB, supporting within a class of 10 children. The successful candidates will be working in a team of 5 and will ideally have experience of supporting children in mainstream and specialist provision; however, it is more important to recruit staff with the right skills, qualities and attributes. The successful applicants will also be required to use Team Teach when necessary - full training will be provided.

Whilst this role is within our KS2 ERB, there may also be the opportunity to spend time supporting in mainstream or within our C&I ERBs. You will work closely with class teachers and specialist staff to implement personalised strategies, supporting the children's SEMH needs and helping them to access their adapted learning.
