SEND Practitioner job summary

  • Permanent, 37 hours per week, term time only plus 1 additional day
  • Salary NJC Grade C1, Scale Points 12 – 17, £27,711 - £30,060 per annum
  • 8.00 am – 4.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am – 3.30pm Friday (30 minutes unpaid lunch break each day)
  • Actual Salary £23,357 - £25,337 per annum
  • Required for September 2025

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and compassionate SEND Practitioner to join a hardworking and dedicated team within a high achieving and oversubscribed Catholic Voluntary Academy.

    As a practitioner, you will work directly with small groups of students to overcome barriers to learning and provide expert support, guidance and interventions tailored to their needs. This is a newly created role and as such provides a fresh and exciting opportunity for an engaging and self-motivated individual.
