Teaching Assistant (TA) - 1:1 Support for Child with ASD (Part Time, TA2)
Callow End CofE Primary School (Worcester, WR2)

Are you passionate about making a difference in a child’s life?
We are looking to appoint a caring and committed Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at Callow End CofE Primary School. This part-time role is paid at TA2 and is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly, inclusive primary school in a rural setting with 92 pupils.

About the role:

• Support a child with ASD (no behaviour concerns) to access learning and achieve their potential
• Encourage independence and confidence while providing the right level of support
• Work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and families to ensure the child’s needs are met
• Help adapt resources and activities, and contribute to planning and review meetings

We have 2 vacancies for TA positions linked to 2 pupils with EHCPs.

Role 1 is for a level 2 TA working from 9.15-2.30 with half an hour unpaid lunch. ( 22.5 hrs). (Pupil in year 3 - contract linked to EHCP ). £12,815.00 pa supporting in class

Role 2 is for a level 2 TA working from 9-1.15pm (21.25hrs) ( Pupil in year 2- contract linked to EHCP). £13,575.00 pa supporting in class
