What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for someone who is creative, confident and enjoys a challenge. The role involves working closely with our SENDCo, as well as class teachers, to create resources to support SEND children throughout school. In addition to this, you will be asked to work 1:1 or with small groups from classes throughout the school, to support SEND learners or to deliver interventions or pre-teaches.

We also have a small number of EAL students, any experience in this area would be very valuable too.

Knowledge of the primary curriculum is essential, as is being ICT literate.

For one hour a day, you will be asked to join the lunchtime team to aid with supervision, there is potential to use this time to run social interventions or support children struggling with friendships.
