Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs?

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Teacher to join our supportive team from February 2026 to cover a maternity leave. This is a full-time position, but we are happy to consider part-time for the right candidate.

About the Role:

You will:

  • Deliver high-quality, tailored teaching to pupils with a range of SEND needs.
  • Work closely with the AHT, SENCO, support staff, and families to ensure each child receives the support they need.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and wellbeing.
  • Contribute to the wider school community and uphold our values of inclusion, respect, and excellence.

We are Looking for Someone Who:

  • Holds QTS and has experience working with children with SEND.
  • Is passionate, patient, and committed to inclusive education.
  • Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Can adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
