We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEND teacher to join our team and play an important role in enhancing the educational experience for pupils with SEND at our school.

As a SEND teacher, you will:

  • Lead/Oversee the teaching in the school’s provision for pupils who cannot access the mainstream classroom.
  • Support the Assistant Headteacher (Inclusion) in monitoring the teaching of SEND pupils across the school – including providing feedback and advice to teachers and teaching assistants.
  • Support the Assistant Headteacher (Inclusion) in completing reports and assessments for SEND pupils.

Encourage good working practices and provide direction, and support to both teaching and support staff.

We are looking for an individual who:

Has a strong background and knowledge in SEND education.

Possesses excellent communication skills.

Is committed to driving high standards and fostering an inclusive learning environment.
