What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will:
- Be responsible for supporting and educating children with special educational needs, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
- Work with a genuine child-centered, nurturing approach that puts the pupils social, emotional and mental wellbeing at the heart of their practice
- Have a strong commitment to ensuring excellent pupil progress
- Be dedicated to sharing responsibilities for raising standards
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
- Deliver high-quality, differentiated instruction tailored to the needs of each
student.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a
supportive learning environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to
parents and staff.
- Manage classroom behavior and create a positive, inclusive
learning atmosphere.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEN teaching
strategies and educational research.
