What skills and experience we're looking for

We would like to appoint an enthusiastic, professional and motivated SEND Teaching Assistant to join our wonderful TelferTeam. The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and will have experience of working with children in Key Stage 2 (children aged 7-11). The candidate will be able to build positive relationships with pupils, have the ability to work as part of a team and have the capacity to inspire, motivate and challenge children.
