SEND Teaching Assistant
Hours: 15 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
Basis: Part Time/ Permanent
Grade/Salary: Band 3, SCP 6-9. £25,183 - £26,409 per annum
Actual salary: £8,805.54 - £9,234.23 per annum (Pro rata)
At Christ the King Catholic Voluntary Academy, we are seeking to appoint an inspirational SEND Teaching Assistant to support children with additional needs in our Foundation Stage, KS1 and KS2. We pride ourselves on being a warm, welcoming and inclusive school, with our Catholic ethos that puts the children at the heart of our decision-making.
We are a family-feel, single form-entry primary school located in Alfreton, Derbyshire.
We are appointing for a 15 hour post, working with children with complex SEND needs, often supporting 1:1 to ensure all children thrive.
Where necessary the working hours will be negotiated in line with the successful candidate and the specific requirements of the school.
