About the role

We are seeking an individual to work with children with SEND to make sure that they are appropriately supported. We are looking for someone that promotes the inclusion of all pupils, ensuring that they have equal access to opportunities to learn and develop.

Fairfield Academy is a warm and welcoming primary school based in Scartho near Grimsby, offering a world-class education for children aged 3-11, with a dedicated nursery and early years provision.

What we are looking for

  • Ability and willingness to identify own training needs and participate in training.
  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English or equivalent level of competency.
  • Experience of working with relevant age groups within a learning environment.
  • Experience of working with children with SEND.
  • An individual that can support the development of skills in literacy, numeracy, communication and social and behavioral needs
  • Honesty and Integrity.
  • Team working skills and someone who would be a positive role model to our pupils.
