What the school offers its staff

Team GD is a collective name for the pupils, staff, governors and families of Grimes Dyke. This is not just a gimmick but a real working atmosphere. Staff working for the team are well supported to do their role and are valued as a member of the team.

Staff development is important and all members of the team receive training in order to complete their role. Some training will be given in house by experienced members of staff but where necessary and appropriate we will ensure external CPD is prioritised.

Grimes Dyke is spacious site with plenty of indoor and outdoor working space. Members of staff with electric cars are welcome to charge them on site for a very small charge.
