What skills and experience we're looking for
What we are looking for;
- Have NVQCACHE Diploma Level2 or equivalent qualifications experience.
- Work alongside class teachers to deliver in or out of class support to address the gaps in learning.
- Provide ongoing support for individuals or groups of pupils, including SEND pupils, who need extra intervention to achieve their potential.
- Be committed, enthusiastic and a team player.
- Develop positive working relationships with children, parents and staff.
- Contribute to the ethos, values and aims of the school.
- Comply with policies including those related to safeguarding, health and safety and data protection.
- Promote inclusion and acceptance of all pupils.
- Have a commitment to raise achievement and standards.
- Be flexible in order to achieve the best outcomes for the children.
