SEND Teaching Assistant Level 2 job summary

Shropshire Church of England Academies Trust is pleased to invite applications for the post of SEND Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate will join our team of SEND teaching assistants supporting pupils in Key Stage 2. You may also be required to support in our SEND Hub or Nurture Room.

Fixed Term (to 31/08/2027 in the first instance)

The ideal candidate needs to be patient, with a warm and friendly attitude and have the passion and determination to succeed through challenging situations on a daily basis.

To be considered for this SEND Teaching Assistant position you will need to have experience of working with children with SEND in either a primary school setting or in a specialist provision. You should also have a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent qualification.
