What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a positive, caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work within our team to provide support for some of our most vulnerable pupils. The role will involve some small group intervention work, some 1:1 support for pupils and some work within our Nest SEN provision.
The successful candidate will ideally have some previous experience of working with children with SEND. You will have the skills to work alongside class teachers and our school SENDCo to ensure that children are able to access an ambitious curriculum and make positive progress against their own personal targets.
