What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful Teaching Assistant candidate will have:
- Experience of working within a primary school setting
- Deep understanding of supporting children with additional needs
- Experience working 1:1 as a Teaching Assistant
- Good subject knowledge, particularly in English and Maths
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Working knowledge of supporting pupils with emotional difficulties
Experience of Emotional Literacy Support, THRIVE or similar would be advantageous

Guidance will be given to those shortlisted. Appointment is subject to an Enhanced DBS.
