  • Individualised Learning: Deliver focused support to SEND learners, assisting with Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and personalized learning programs.

  • Supportive Classroom: Work collaboratively with teachers to create a well-managed and stimulating classroom environment.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Possess a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or be actively working towards it).
