Do you have a passion for supporting exceptional learners and a desire to be part of a vibrant school community? Oasis Academy Foundry, a proud Ofsted Outstanding school, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our team!
In this rewarding role, you'll play a vital role in our inclusive environment, working alongside passionate teachers to:
- Empower Students: Build rapport and trust with pupils, fostering a positive learning environment where all children feel valued and supported.
- Individualised Learning: Deliver focused support to SEND learners, assisting with Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and personalized learning programs.
- Celebrating Success: Promote independence and self-esteem, celebrating each student's progress and achievements.
- Supportive Classroom: Work collaboratively with teachers to create a well-managed and stimulating classroom environment.
- Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Contribute to the overall success of the school by collaborating with teachers, parents, and other staff members.

To be successful in this role, you will:
- Possess a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or be actively working towards it).
- Have a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
- Be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Be able to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Be a team player with a flexible and positive attitude.
