In this rewarding role, you'll play a vital role in our inclusive environment, working alongside passionate teachers to:

• Empower Students: Build rapport and trust with pupils, fostering a positive learning environment where all children feel valued and supported.
• Individualised Learning: Deliver focused support to SEND learners, assisting with Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and personalized learning programs.
• Celebrating Success: Promote independence and self-esteem, celebrating each student's progress and achievements.
• Supportive Classroom: Work collaboratively with teachers to create a well-managed and stimulating classroom environment.
• Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Contribute to the overall success of the school by collaborating with teachers, parents, and other staff members.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Possess a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or be actively working towards it).
• Have a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs.

• Be a team player with a flexible and positive attitude.
