About the role

Lakeside Primary Academy are looking to recruit an Administrator to work closely with the SENDCO for 12 hours per week during the school term time, the hours and days of work flexible, this can be discussed further during the interview process.

You will be providing valuable administrative support to help to continue improving outcomes for all our children.

This is a school based role where at times you will be required to attend meetings, where you may be responsible for taking detailed and accurate notes. You will be working closely with the SENDCO, parents, carers and other educational and health care professionals within the role.

The job requirements

You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. To allow you to take clear and accurate notes during fast paced meetings.

Confidentiality is going to play a key part within the role, understanding the importance of it and how to maintain confidentiality will be a large part of this role.

Some understanding of Special Education Needs process and systems within an educational settings surrounding the paperwork would be an advantage but it is not essential as full training and support will be provided for the successful candidate.
