SENDCO and Inclusion Leader job summary
The Burley Oaks team is looking for a dedicated SENDCo who is passionate about inclusion and able to make a real difference to children with SEND and their families. This non-teaching, strategic role is ideal for a compassionate and diligent professional who has strong communication and organisational skills

What we’re looking for:
- A qualified teacher with the National Award for SEN Co-ordination (or working towards it)
- Excellent knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and current legislation
- A positive, collaborative approach to working with pupils, parents, staff, and external agencies
