About our school:
We are a two-form entry community school serving the Birch Hill and Hanworth districts of Bracknell Forest. In addition to the main school, we offer a nursery and a Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) catering for children with ASD and MLD. We can accommodate 420 children, plus 26 spaces in our nursery, which offers flexible 30 hours a week. The school is organised into two Key Stages - EYFS/ KS1 and KS2.
Our motto is: Learn, Believe, Achieve Together. We set high standards of work and achieve this through providing a curriculum that also develops children's belief that they can achieve their highest aspiration, while working closely with parents and the whole community. With that in mind we greatly value our partnership with parents. We believe that working together is the best way to ensure our children develop a solid foundation and a love for learning.
We have 4 Golden Rules - Be Safe, Be Respectful, Be Ready to Learn and Be Honest. Each class has their own school Golden Rules Charter to encourage and develop the children’s sense of respect and responsibility.
Our school, set in spacious grounds, offers a calm and purposeful working atmosphere. Our staff are dedicated to do the very best for all our pupils, regardless of any additional needs or various backgrounds. If you feel you could join our inspiring workforce, then please apply.
