We are pleased to advertise the role of SENDCo, starting in September 2025. We are seeking a committed and reflective practitioner who believes that every child at Oldfield can succeed and is able to demonstrate this belief in practice. The successful candidate will inspire and support colleagues through strong role modelling and high-quality CPD.
Salary: Main Scale and SEND point (£3,000)
Hours: Full time-40% release time which includes PPA
Contract type: Full time/ Permanent
Reporting to: Assistant Head for Inclusion
Responsible for: Overview of SEND provision across the school

Oldfield is a small, one-and-a-half form entry school located in West London, in the Borough of Ealing.
