SENDCo job summary

We require an enthusiastic, hard-working and skilful teacher to join the senior leadership group as SENDCo at Comberton Village College and Comberton Sixth Form. You will have significant experience of working with SEND pupils and their families and you will be qualified as SENDCo (or working towards that qualification). You will have oversight and leadership of SEND within the school and will contribute towards the strategic development of this area of excellence within our school.

Comberton Village College is a highly successful, community mixed comprehensive school with Teaching School status in a pleasant rural setting only 5 miles from the centre of Cambridge.

We currently have over 1,900 11-18 year old pupils on roll with a Sixth Form centre that opened in September 2011. Our pupils are well motivated, staff morale is excellent and our examination results are outstanding.
