We are looking to appoint a SENDCo to support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities within college.

Location: Cromwell Community College
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: MPR £31,650-£43,607 or UPS £45,646-£49,084 plus TLR

The postholder will promote cultural diversity within the College and will have responsibility for EHCP and SEND Support (SENK) students. The post holder will work across the College. This is a teaching role and as such you will teach a percentage of the working week. The post will appeal to individuals who have a desire and commitment to enhance the lives of those pupils with a range of SEND which will cover all four broad areas of need. The post holder will aim to help these pupils achieve the best possible outcomes.

- has the National Award for SEN Co-ordination (NASENCo Award) or is willing to undertake the new NPQ for SENDCos
