Drake Primary School has a unique opportunity for an excellent practitioner to work alongside our leadership as a full-time non-class based Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo). This role includes leadership of our Pastoral Team who strategically coordinate and monitor provision for Attendance, Parent Support, Safeguarding, SEND and any disadvantaged groups across school. 

You will be joining an innovative, trail-blazing primary school and playing a role in its success and the ongoing development of SEND offer. 

In addition to working with colleagues, you will work closely with families, building positive trusting relationships with them and their children. You will also collaborate with external professionals and agencies, to ensure the best outcomes for our pupils.
