SENDCO, Inclusion and Pupil Premium Lead job summary
The successful candidate will:
Lead the strategic development and delivery of SEND, inclusion and pupil premium provision, ensuring high-quality, personalised support for all pupils.
Oversee the opening and management of our new Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) (Communication & interaction), creating an inclusive environment for pupils with complex needs.
Drive evidence-based use of pupil premium funding to close attainment gaps and improve life chances for disadvantaged pupils.
Provide professional guidance and coaching to staff, embedding inclusive practice and raising aspirations across the school.
Play a key role in whole-school improvement, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making at senior leadership level.
