Outwoods Edge is a large primary school in Loughborough, Leicestershire, with over 400 children on roll.

We serve a diverse catchment area with children coming from both private and social housing. A significant minority of our children come from outside our catchment area and applications for places at Outwoods Edge have increased year on year.

The school became a single academy trust in 2012 and we are part of a collaborative group of nine schools in the local area. The Loughborough Primary Academy Partnership works together on joint activities such as curriculum development, monitoring, evaluation and quality assurance work. It is a supportive, dynamic group that seeks to improve the educational experience for children and teachers in Loughborough.
