What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint a SENDCo and Senior Leader from Sept 2025. As SENDCo, you will be an inspiring and effective leader with the energy and creativity to motivate a growing team, lead by example and challenge students to achieve the best possible outcomes. You will be relentless in advocating for the needs of our young people with SEND, and have the highest of expectations for them to accelerate their progress.

This is an exciting post that will offer you the chance to work with a range of staff to meet the needs of those students who have been identified as requiring additional support in their learning. We need a colleague who is creative, able to plan and implement effective strategies to substantially improve the educational experiences and outcomes of some of our most vulnerable students.
