Salary: MPS - UPS: £31,650 - £49,084 FTE (This will be paid pro-rata to reflect hours and weeks worked)
Working Pattern: This is a permanent position working 0.2 FTE (0.4 considered), 39 weeks per year from September 2025.
Sidbury Church of England Primary School is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, efficient and effective SENDCo from September 2025. The SENDCo role is 1 day per week, however we would welcome applicants who would be interested in 2 days per week with 1 day teaching.
Our SENDCo is a key member of our senior leadership team. We are looking for a skilled experienced SENDCo who:
Is an excellent classroom practitioner, able to demonstrate high levels of effectiveness in the classroom. Has strong organisational, leadership and communication skills, and is able to offer advice, support and motivation to children, staff, parents and the wider community. Will lead and manage the school’s provision of SEND. Can demonstrate their ability to deliver the best possible outcomes for all learners. Can demonstrate their evidence of successful multi agency working. Will preferably already hold or be working towards the National Professional SENDCo Qualification.We can offer you the opportunity to work in a vibrant and supportive school environment with a hard-working team of professionals committed to helping children realise their full potential.
