We are seeking a committed and strategic leader to join our team as SENDCo, with the potential to be part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) depending on experience and expertise. As a thriving Catholic secondary school in Worcester, we are committed to ensuring every student can flourish. We are seeking an exceptional SENDCo to lead our inclusive vision and shape provision for our learners with additional needs. This is a unique opportunity for a candidate who combines compassion with strategic vision, and who understands that inclusion is everyone’s responsibility.
Key Responsibilities of the post include:
- Opportunity to be part of a Senior Leadership Team depending on experience
- Leading a strategic SEND approach and inclusion across the school
- The opportunity to influence whole-school culture and practice
- Driving data-informed improvement and inclusive curriculum design
- Promoting learner and parent voice in SEND provision
- Supporting SEND students to realise their full potential and prepare them for the next phase of their learning
