SENDco job summary
To work as the SENDco to meet the needs of the students with SEND to access educational opportunities at Spires. Support with wider aspects of Learning Support and Inclusion within the school, helping to remove barriers to learning. Joined up approach with wider school staff, students, parents/carers and other agencies. The postholder will be responsible for leading on the SEND coordination at Spires.
