What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a candidate who is excited by the prospect of designing a new approach to SEND provision at St Joseph’s and will work with the Headteacher and Trust colleagues to ensure that the SEND strategy at St Joseph’s is built from the ground up and revolutionises the provision that our children with needs have access to. The successful candidate will also have the support of the Trust Director of Inclusion to receive mentorship, guidance and professional development.
