What skills and experience we're looking for

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious teacher and leader to become our SENDCo, leading an excellent team of student support assistants to secure strong achievement and outcomes for our highly motivated students with additional needs. This is a wonderful opportunity for an excellent teacher of any subject background to join our high performing and caring school, which provides excellent CPD, high levels of support for all staff and an excellent educational environment. This post would not be suitable for an ECT.
