What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an experienced administrative professional with knowledge of school finances, admissions, marketing and strategies to improve pupil numbers.

The role will hold responsibility for leading the administrative, financial, marketing, admissions and organisational processes within the school including administration of all attendance, finance and admissions systems, working with key staff to increase pupil numbers, reduce levels of unauthorised pupil absence, monitor persistence attendance strategies and create a culture of good attendance and punctuality.

Candidates must be used to working in a busy office, be flexible, adaptable and a real team player willing to jump in and help where required.

Excellent communication and organisational skills are a must – as is the ability to work under pressure and still maintain a sense of humour!

Ideally you will have experience using educational software such as Arbor or be an IT proficient professional with a willingness to undertake training.

You will work in partnership with teams across the trust as part of the office teams to achieve the highest standards of customer service and parental engagement.
