Senior Administrator (with Data Responsibilities) job summary

We seek to appoint a Senior Administrator (with Data responsibilities) to join our SEND Department. This position is permanent working 37 hours per week on a term time plus two weeks basis.

The role of the senior administrator is to work within the SEN department providing administrative support to the SEN team, this will include liaising with parents, staff and outside agencies as required. The senior administrator will be expected to arrange EHCP review meetings and to review, prepare and complete EHCP review paperwork. They will also have oversight of the information stream for SEN Pupil Passports, including regular reviews and updates. The role will also include minute taking, room bookings and duties within the SEN department. It is not a prerequisite to have worked within SEND before, full training will be provided.
